LEED Certified

Contessa Bella is a United States Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Certified project, pursuing this estemed program’s highest award level, LEED Platnium Certification. This Certification process requires Independent inspections and testing through all phases of construction to verify that each home is in compliance with the program’s rigious standards. Upon final Certification as LEED Platnium, Contessa Bella will become the first townhome project of its size in North American to be awarded this honor.
