Contessa Bella is LEED Certified, what does that mean?

LEED is an acronym and it stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. It’s essentially a Green Building rating system offered by the US Green Building Council. Every Contessa Bella home will be LEED registered and pursuing LEED Certification. This means that every Contessa Bella will be subjected to a every rigorous set of criteria and guidelines followed by independent third-party inspections to even qualify for LEED.

The US Green Building Council awards LEED Certification in four different levels, Certified, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Currently Contessa Bella is pursuing Platinum Certification.
