Contessa Bella is under construction approximately one-quarter mile south of Bell Road on 20th Street at Heartwood Lane.

These renderings offer an artist’s conceptual views of the project based upon the architectural drawings. The artist illustrates construction details such as the exterior finish materials, including the stone veneer, tile roof, old-world style window and door trim, stucco treatment and the paint pallet.

Pictured to the right is the 20th Street and Heartwood entry area into Contessa Bella. This entry is on the west side of the project, on 20th Street, and the building pictured is situated on the south side of the driveway. In the site plan below this is Building One.

A lush expanse of open space extends between Buildings Two and Three. The turf lawn in this area offers a volley ball court along with ample open space for simply enjoying the outdoors.
